According to the Bryan College Station Multiple Listing Service, approximately 40 homes sold in Shenandoah during 2011. The majority of homes sold between the mid $130,000 to mid $180,000 range. Most of the homes sold were resale properties.

College Station ISD schools for this neighborhood include: Kindergarten through 4th grade, Creekview Elementary; 5th through 6th grade, Cypress Grove Intermediate; 7th through 8th grade, College Station Middle School; 9th through 12th, College Station High School. The first graduating class of College Station High School will be the class of 2015.
