One of South College Station's newest neighborhoods is Castle Rock. It's a quaint community with its own park, swimming pool, sidewalks, walking trails, and soccer field. A family atmosphere with lots of amenities help describe this new development.

Generally, homes are priced between $200,000 and $250,000. Single-family homes, many of which are accented with rock, stone, and well-appointed features, comprise this neighborhood.

Castle Rock is in College Station ISD and is zoned for the following CSISD schools for the 2012-13 school year: Greens Prairie Elementary School, Cypress Grove Intermediate School, College Station Middle School, and College Station High School.

Castle Rock is situated on Highway 40, near Highway 6 in South College Station. It is located near new schools, shopping, and restaurants. This continues to be a fast growing area in the College Station community.
